About the Founder
Sean Patrick McClure
Born into a Navy family and raised between New York and Vermont, his foundation in hospitality started early—washing dishes at 14 and learning firsthand what discipline, standards, and accountability truly mean.
That foundation evolved into a career spanning Michelin-level restaurants, high-volume cocktail programs, luxury hotels, premium spirits brands, and both small and large-scale distributors. He has built, led, and managed beverage programs, driven brand growth and sales performance, and overseen multi-unit teams—operating in environments where performance and precision are non-negotiable.
What sets his perspective apart is full-spectrum experience across the industry—from supplier and distributor to buyer, operator, and consumer. He understands not just how to place a product, but how to position, sell, and make it perform—leveraging deep analytical follow-through to continuously refine, optimize, and drive results. At the core of this approach is a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships that are strategically aligned and mutually beneficial across all sides of the business.
His work lives at the intersection of creativity and systems—where brand storytelling meets operational execution. From menu development and brand integration to SOPs, training frameworks, and account growth, every initiative is designed to scale, perform, and endure.
